There are many different types of projects in the construction industry. Ranging from small to large, or from simple to complex.
For the smaller and more simple projects we would be happy to assist you in the fastest most efficient way we can either by phone email or an appointment at your home, usually we work with what is convenient for our customers.
For more complex projects who require attention to detail and some more planning the process work as follows:
1. Phone Conversation: Once you call us we will discuss general information about your project over the phone.
We will also be happy to answer any questions you may have, and schedule an appointment with you.
2. First Appointment: One of our dedicated project managers (field supervisors) will come out to meet with you at the scheduled time and date.
Budget and planning will be the basic guideline for this meeting.
You should expect to get general information about the project of your choice,
and specific information about your own project. We want to get all your ideas from you and have you listen to some of ours.
3. Second appointment: In this meeting the project manager that you met with in the first meeting will prepare a 3D image of you project
and have an outlined- estimate of the job schedule and scheduled payment printed out for you. He will be happy to answer any
questions and make changes to the layout with you if there are changes needed to be done. By the end of this meeting
you will know what your final product will look like how much it would cost and when the payments are due.
4. Decision making: Now it is up to you to discuss all the details with your family members and make your final decision.
If you have chosen us to be your contractor then another appointment will be scheduled and we will
come out and sign the detailed contract with you.
